Role of this service

With the “Fommo” platform, the operator of this website provides only the technical online ticketing service: the platform through which tickets can be ordered, displayed and checked at the entrance. In doing so, the operator acts solely as a service provider to the organizer, not as the organizer.

The organizer of the parties and the contracting party for a ticket purchase is the organizer named on the respective event page. The organizer is responsible for running the event, the content and accuracy of the event descriptions, the prices and the handling of the purchase, including payment, admission and any refunds. The operator of this website does not become a party to the ticket purchase contract and accepts no responsibility for it.

Please direct questions about a specific event or order to the respective organizer (contact details on the event page or on your ticket).

Responsible for content pursuant to § 18 (2) MStV

The content of the individual event pages (description, dates, prices, payment details) is provided by the respective organizer, who is responsible for it.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
